I would never stay in this place again first I booked with booking. Com and I picked wrong dates. I called booking. com to cancel with them and they said they send a request to the hotel. Now I call the hotel directly stating I would like to cancel and they tell me I can’t because I needed 24 hours when I did call booking 24 hours prior. So I went there before the date I booked to stay and while we waited for the room to be cleaned we saw roaches crawling in the cart the lady had in the garbage bags and of course she had the raid spray on the cart. Worst experience ever ans I will make sure that everyone knows of this place and how they work with people with cancellations and refunding money

Hi, my daughter and I stayed at the red roof inn in Charlottesville VA. I had looked up reviews on the Hotel and it really didn't help, so I decided to just take a chance and decide for myself and I'm so happy I did!! The place was amazing my room was beautiful it had everything we needed and more the workers was amazing and I love that the Hotel was in a good spot near everything...it a wonderful place to stay at, if I could have given them more stars I would have... Great job Red Roof Inn👍🏾

Let this be the LAST place to stay if you needed a hotel. Red Roof Inn in Chicago & Indiana has everything from bed bugs, to dirty and unsanitary bath tubs, to mold on the walls, to a holes in the bathroom doors, to dirty dresser drawers, to broken and rusted chairs. Unacceptable! 😠

Worst Inn ever! Vincennes Indiana. Security latch was broken. Dead bolt only worked if you lift the door to latch it. Bedspread was stained. Mold on side of sofa. Office chair should have been trashed. Just not a pleasant place to stay.

We just spent 3 days at the red roof inn at Somerset kentucky. The first day the police were there twice. Not sure why the first time but they took a woman with them. And then some people were playing their music very loud outside and being loud themselves. The police finally came around 11 at night and they got quiet. I did not feel safe walking from the office to our room. I had my husband walk with me. It looked like people lived in the hotel and had their room chairs sitting outside as lawn furniture? About 10 that night my husband went to the bathroom and peed and flushed the toilet. It went down but he didn't notice the handle was stuck so we were laying in bed and heard the water start to run on the floor. We cleaned it up with our towels that night. The next day I went to the front desk and told them. They handed me a plunger and a cup of drano!! Not sure if all of the rooms were supposed to have chairs but ours didn't. The door did not shut at the bottom so who knows what bugs came in. The shower faucet came unattached from the wall. And finally the day we were leaving we saw something in the woods right next to the parking lot and realized someone was living there. We stayed last year with no problems but we will not be staying again.

As a previous commenter shared. Do not book with franchisees. Columbia, MO. Little Rock, AR. Charged more than the quote. Said I was rude checking in with 2 dogs. 1 service animal, 1 pet. Also said red roof had my rudeness on file. Seems like bait and switch to me. Do I have a digital copy of the service animal letter yes. Did she ask to see it, no. There's more, but that's enough.

If I could give it no stars I would this place was disgusting sheets were dirty burn holes on the blankets in a non smoking room. Had bed bugs woke up with bites all over my body would’ve been better off sleeping in my car. This is about the one in bridgeton mo.

The prices are cheaper on any other website booking, Priceline Etc. Redroof.com is worthless I've been staying here for over a month Red Roof Inn is worthless

Comfy bed but, hard sheets. Shower and toilet were not clean. Lots for mini roaches all over the room, crawling everywhere. Air Conditioning did not circulate around the room. Lights above the bed didn’t work.

The customer service has been extraordinarily! The rooms are spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel, if you’re looking for a home away from home!
